Mike is VP of Intellectual Property Security & Technology at NBCUniversal and has been in the entertainment industry for nearly 30 years starting as a video engineer and moved into systems engineering roles in the encoding/file-based workflow world where security became an integral part of his day-to-day life. He has been at NBCUniversal for over 18 years where he leads a team that oversees forensics & investigations, watermarking, fingerprinting, encryption technologies, global content security for physical and digital assets throughout their lifecycle and works in industry to help raise the security bar for content creators, distributors, and technology partners.
